Privacy Policy
My ✈︎ Time · Last updated 5 November 2026
My ✈︎ Time is a time-zone tracker. It is built to work without an account and without collecting anything about you. In short: we do not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
What stays on your device
- Location. If you allow it, the app reads your approximate (country-level) location to work out which country you are in and show the local time there. Allowing "Always" lets the app notice when you land in another country while it is closed. Your location is processed on your device only. To turn a coordinate into a country, iOS's built-in geocoding service (Apple) is used; see Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles that.
- Calendar. If you allow it, the app looks at the location text of upcoming calendar events to spot trips abroad. This is read on your device only; event contents are never sent anywhere. You can exclude individual calendars in Settings.
- Preferences. Your home country, chosen places are stored on your device (and shared with the app's widget through an App Group on the same device).
What is sent over the internet
Nothing. The app makes no network requests of its own; time zones come from data built into your device.
Tracking, accounts and children
There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising identifier and no third-party SDK. The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Your choices
You can change or revoke Location and Calendar access at any time in iOS Settings › My ✈︎ Time. The app keeps working without them; you simply pick your places manually. Deleting the app removes all data it stored.
